  • Refunds or exchanges: within 30 days of order date
  • Store credit: within 45 days

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, with original tags and liners
  • Returned with proof of purchase
  • Not marked Final Sale

A: Unfortunately, we can only accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and liners attached.

A: Yes. All Final Sale items, gift cards, and certain intimate pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
Q: How will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Prepaid cards will be refunded back to the same card used.
Q: Can I return multiple orders in one package?
A: No – please send back each order separately to avoid delays in processing.
